  • Founded ATC Menlyn Dojang, Pretoria, with Annari Wethmar.
  • Took over ATC from Chris van der Merwe (Founder of ATC).

  • Selected as member of SA National Team attending 13th ITF World Championships, Thessaloniki, Greece.
  • Graded to 2nd Degree under Master Phap Ken Lu, Greece.
  • Elected to SA-ITF Executive as Director General of Finance.
  • Founded the Acestes Taekwon-Do Academy with Annari Wethmar.
2004
  • Attended International Umpires Course presented by Grand Master Leong Wai Meng (Class B Certificate (No. 612))
  • Selected as SA-ITF Team Manager.
  • Selected as member of the SA-ITF Selections Committee.
  • Team Manager for SA-ITF National Team attending 1st International Martial Art Games, Pyongyang, DPRK.

  • Graded to 3rd Degree under Master Kim Jong Su.
  • Re-selected as SA-ITF Team Manager.
  • Re-selected as member of the SA-ITF Selections Committee.
  • Selected as member of SA National Team attending 14th ITF World Championships, Caloundra, Queensland, Australia.
  • Re-elected to SA-ITF Executive as Director General of Finance.
  • Co-Founded the Dan-Gun Kwan with Chris van der Merwe.
  • Hosted the 2005 SA-ITF National Championships in Menlyn, Pretoria.

  • Selected as member of SA National Team attending 15th ITF World Championships, Bled, Slovenia
  • Re-selected as SA-ITF Team Manager.
  • Re-selected as member of the SA-ITF Selections Committee.
  • Officiated on the SA-ITF Executive as Director General of Finance until resigning from the position on 17 May 2007.

  • Graded to 4th Degree under Master Kim Jong Su.
  • SA-ITF Team Manager and Coach for SA National Team attending the 8th Junior and 3rd Veteran World Championships, Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
  • SA-ITF representative at the ITF International Congress held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
